CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDE

WOOD

(Acacia wood & other natural solid woods)

All of our wooden products are treated with a specialized protective coating designed to enhance surface durability, resist environmental wear, and maintain long-term aesthetic integrity. However, to further preserve the finish and extend the product’s lifespan, customers are advised to perform routine maintenance and avoid prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions.

Daily Care:

Dust off regularly or gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or broom to remove surface dirt.

Clean as needed with a soft sponge and mild soap diluted in lukewarm water.

Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a clean towel to avoid moisture absorption.

Protect the Finish:

Your furniture is made from 100% FSC-certified solid wood and may feature a hand-finished, weathered or white-wash touch.

To maintain its beauty, apply a wood protector or oil designed for outdoor hardwoods every 6–12 months, depending on climate and sun exposure.

Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or pressure washers, which may damage the wood grain or strip the finish.

Weather & Sun Protection:

While Acacia wood is naturally resistant to water and decay, prolonged exposure to direct sun or standing water may cause fading, warping, or cracking.

Use furniture covers or relocate to a shaded/covered area when not in use.

Always wipe off standing water after rain to protect the wood’s surface.

Seasonal Storage:

During extended periods of non-use or harsh weather (heavy rain, frost, or snow), store furniture in a dry, ventilated space.

Ensure furniture is completely dry before covering or storing.

With the right care, your wooden furniture will age gracefully — telling its story through every grain.

ALL-WEATHER WICKER

Regular Cleaning:

Dust off regularly using a soft cloth or handheld vacuum with a brush attachment.

Wipe down monthly with lukewarm water using a soft sponge or cloth and air dry completely before use or storage.

Deeper Seasonal Cleaning:

Use a soft-bristle brush to gently scrub any dirt buildup in the woven texture. Avoid abrasive tools that may damage the surface.

For stubborn spots, mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar with 1 quart of water as a natural, gentle cleaner.

Mold & Mildew Prevention:

Though resin wicker is moisture-resistant, it’s best to keep furniture in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.

Wipe off any standing water after rain, and allow the furniture to dry fully before covering or storing.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:

Do not use bleach, ammonia, or harsh solvents—they may discolor or weaken the resin material.

Avoid pressure washers; high-pressure spray can damage the wicker weave.

UV & Weather Protection:

While all-weather wicker is UV-resistant, prolonged direct sunlight may eventually cause fading. Use furniture covers or place furniture in shaded areas when possible.

During extended periods of non-use or harsh weather (heavy rain, snow, or frost), store indoors or use breathable covers.

STEEL

Regular Cleaning:

Dust off regularly or wipe gently with a soft cloth or broom to keep surfaces free from debris.

Clean monthly with lukewarm water using a soft sponge or cloth and dry completely to prevent moisture buildup.

Rust Prevention:

Though powder-coated steel is protected, prolonged exposure to moisture may lead to surface rust over time.

Avoid placing furniture in direct contact with damp ground for extended periods.

Weather Protection:

For best longevity, cover or store furniture during heavy rain, snow, or prolonged damp conditions.

Use breathable, waterproof covers that prevent moisture buildup underneath.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:

Do not use bleach, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the powder-coated finish.

Avoid pressure washers or steel wool brushes.

Storage Tips:

During off-season or extended non-use, store in a dry, covered space.

Ensure furniture is completely dry before covering or storing to avoid trapped moisture.

CUSHIONS & PILLOWS

Regular Maintenance:

Fluff and rotate cushions regularly to maintain shape and even wear.

Brush off loose dirt or debris after each use using a soft brush or cloth.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight to prevent fading and mildew.

Cleaning Instructions:

Spot clean with a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft sponge or cloth.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry completely before reuse.

For deeper cleaning, check if the covers are removable and machine washable (follow label instructions).

For optimal longevity, we recommend hand washing.

If hand washing isn’t practical, use a cold gentle machine wash on a light load with similar items. If using washing machine do not wash with heavy items such as towels, matts, jeans/jackets.

Wash inside out where possible.

Do not tumble dry.

Iron on the underside.

Mildew Prevention:

Although outdoor fabrics are designed to resist mildew, mildew can form on dirt or debris left on the fabric.

Keep cushions clean and dry, and store in a well-ventilated area when not in use.

Storage Tips:

During rain or when not in use for extended periods, store cushions in a dry, covered space or use a water-resistant storage box.

Always ensure cushions are completely dry before storing to avoid mildew or odor buildup.
